Issam Kayyali established Home Pillars in 2014, drawing on over 25 years of international experience in the building industry. After crafting luxury hotels overseas and working on large-scale international developments, Issam brought his expertise to Ontario, where his operation could truly thrive. Issam knew that the move would help him establish shorter project timelines while operating with lower risk and more predictable forecasting.

He began with building spec homes across the Oakville and Mississauga areas and soon expanded into custom home building. He saw a surge in requests for custom-building and knew he and his team could meet the demand. Issam and his team have since proven that they can flawlessly craft custom homes in record schedule and more cost-effectively than the competing GTA Builders.

While the industry average for a custom estate is 14 months as minimum, we promise completion in under 12 months, with a consistent average of 8 to 10 months. We achieve this through a highly disciplined operational model that prioritizes your move-in date as much as your design vision.

While other contractors often hide accumulating costs behind technical jargon and generic contract placeholders, our team operates with total transparency. We built our first custom home in SouthWest Oakville with Home Pillars. It was a great experience from beginning to end. Unlike other contractors, we won’t just leave your keys in the mailbox; we hand them to you personally and walk you through the whole house before departing. Our team will go over your home’s maintenance requirements, ideal indoor humidity levels, major equipment and appliance care, and more.

We’re there to answer questions, help book maintenance appointments, and guide you through your warranties. We also offer an optional annual maintenance package through our exclusive subcontractors. If you encounter a problem down the line, you can count on us to respond as soon as possible, even if the issue isn’t directly linked to the quality of our work.
